چکیده
Reported herein is the first enantioselective method for simultaneous separation of chiral pharmaceuticals and pesticides using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. Separation was achieved a ChiralPak IG-U® column (amylose tris(3-chloro-5-methylphenylcarbamate) stationary phase) ethanol as ‘green’ mobile phase organic modifier. Minimum enantiomer resolutions ranged from 0.5 to 6.9 28 pharmaceuticals, herbicides, fungicides insecticides. The total run time 26 min considerably shorter than other multi-residue methods similar numbers pesticides, facilitate pharmaceutical separation. Direct injection river water samples enabled omission acetonitrile methanol sample treatment step (and whole methodology). This approach faster methodologies that rely on solid extraction avoids need large volumes analysis. suitability this demonstrated by method's sensitivity with quantitation limits in range 0.005–0.6 μg L-1. new applied microcosms investigate enantiospecific transformation racemic pesticides. omeprazole, fungicide prothioconazole insecticide profenofos were all subject under biotic conditions, represented change enantiomeric fraction ≥0.1 units. Individual revealed inversion R-omeprazole S-omeprazole environment time. In conclusion, offers comparatively fast analysis high number water, an environmentally friendlier way previously reported chromatography methods.

An environmentally friendly reflectometric method for bumetanide determination in pharmaceuticals.
This paper describes a green analytical procedure for the determination of bumetanide using diffuse reflectance spectroscopy. The proposed method is based on reflectance measurements of a violet compound produced from a spot test reaction between bumetanide and p-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde (p-DAC) in an acid medium, using filter paper as a solid support. The best conditions for the reaction ha...

The asymptotic behaviour of cubic field theories is investigated in the Regge limit using the techniques of environmentally friendly renormalization, environmentally friendly in the present context meaning asymmetric in its momentum dependence. In particular we consider the crossover between large and small energies at fixed momentum transfer for a model scalar theory of the type φ 2 ψ. The asy...
